Terms of Service

InviteWink designs and hosts invitation websites for weddings, engagements, anniversaries and similar events. Each website is made for you by our team, based on the template you choose and the details you send us. You do not need an account or an editor.

These terms apply to you (the person who orders the invitation website) and to anyone who visits an invitation website we host. By ordering or using a website, you agree to them.

You pick a template and message us on WhatsApp with your names, event details, photos and any other content. We prepare your website and share a preview link with you. Your website goes live only after you approve it.

The price, what is included and the payment terms are confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp before we start. Reasonable changes after your site is live (for example a new venue time) can be requested at any time through the same chat.

Your invitation website stays live from the day it is published until 10 days after the last event date shown on it. This gives guests time to revisit photos and details after the celebration.

After that period the website is taken offline and its content, photos and RSVP responses are permanently deleted from our systems. Please download your guest list (available as a CSV file from your RSVP page) before then. If you would like your website to stay up longer, message us before it ends and we will let you know what is possible.

You are responsible for the content you send us: names, dates, venues, text, photos and music. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please make sure that people shown in photos are happy for them to be shared with your guests.

You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to use it only to build, host and maintain your invitation website. We never use your photos or details in our own marketing without your separate written consent.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, hateful, misleading or harmful.

Guests can reply through your invitation website. Their responses are shown on a private page at your link plus /rsvp, protected by a password we give only to you. Keep this password safe and share it only with people you trust.

We do our best to deliver every response, but you should not rely on the RSVP feature as the only way of confirming critical arrangements such as seating or catering numbers.

All templates, layouts, illustrations, animations, music, text, software and the overall look and feel of InviteWink and of the invitation websites we build are owned by InviteWink (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you order an invitation website, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your website for your event during its live period. You do not receive any right to the underlying templates or code. No one - customers, guests or visitors - may copy, download, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, resell or reuse our templates or designs (in whole or in part) for any other website, product or business, or use automated tools to extract them, without our written permission. We may take action, including legal action, against any such use.

Invitation websites may be used only for genuine events. You and your guests must not use them to post unlawful, abusive or hateful content, send spam, collect other people's personal data without their knowledge, spread malware or attempt to access parts of our service that are not meant for you. We keep technical records of RSVP submissions (see our Privacy Policy) and may share them with authorities when the law requires it.

We work hard to keep every invitation website fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem at one of our hosting providers.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your invitation website is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as guests missing an event because of details that were supplied incorrectly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect an order that was already agreed with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
